Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are currently using DTDC shipping services to deliver across India.

1. All non personalized orders will be packed and dispatched in 2 to 4 days.

2. Designing Services (minimal portrait design) will take 7 to 10 days to be prepared and dispatched.

3. Shipping time is usually 3 to 4 business days.

4. For a non-designing order total delivery time will be 5 to 7 days from the date of ordering.

5. For Orders including designing (Personalization) total delivery time will be 10 to 12 business days from the date of ordering

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation:

1. You can cancel your order anytime before dispatching (for non-personalized orders) or before the start of the personalized work (for personalized orders) and your payment will be refunded after confirmation.

2. After the package is dispatched or the personalized work is started there will not be any possibility for cancellation.

Replacement:

1. If you received a damaged product due to any reason, you can contact us directly. You will get a replacement of the same product.

2. Your replacement request will only be considered with an unpacking video as a proof. Please do not ask for replacement without the unpacking video.

Refund:
1. Upon cancellation of your order before dispatching (for non-personalized orders) or before the start of the personalized work (for personalized orders), You will get refund of your payment.
